Saint Germain: For more than one month we have been unable to use this channel to deliver messages. Channeling my energy is not the only thing this body contributes to mass consciousness, she also supports awakening and clearing of all that is around her, including many conduits of negativity near her country of residence. China, Korea and all the many Islands in-between are areas considered areas that need light, and we use her at night to generate more anointing in these areas, as well as in all of Japan. Using her body in these co-creative activities has been the cause of my decrease in messages. She is used to the work that is done during the night, but it does take a major amount of her energy to do this and her body is not able to come to terms with all that is being asked of it. Hence, a lightening of the load has now occurred to give her a chance to heal and get back her ability to channel for you.
We, the masters of the Great White Brotherhood, are grateful and also cherish the loving contact through our channels. We don't want to cause them any difficulties. No dark forces are disturbing Aruna, nor is she negating her commitment as a contact channel for me. Please give her another two weeks to complete the work we have been doing through her in an important area of the Asian continent. My words may be delivered through other channels, but there is no substitute for the use of her body in the Asian area. Many channels are now available in areas where there is darkness to deal with, but no one can do what Aruna does in the calmness of her body.
Fun and games are not a distraction from channeling. Channels need nurturing, and because Aruna is now being used a great deal, she needs more grounding, not channeling. Please give her your caring.

Changes You Can Have NOW
My message today cancels the dross the majority of dear ones are carrying. It means that they are ready to leave their desires behind. Many are clearing dross to be in alignment with heart led callings, and daring to do this has been courageous and dangerous in some situations. But today, we of the Great White Brotherhood are able to lead more clearing to you with only your agreement.
Before agreeing, this is what can be done: A great change in health by deleting cravings and diet needs being delivered by mental creation. Think about how this can clear your addictions for all of the deficient meals we cannot advise you to eat. When you ask to be delivered a meal, the body will receive all the food contained in a Master's diet in mega doses by channeling it and consuming it without moving any physical matter through the digestion system. Only the nutrients will be delivered, not the container of those nutrients. You will need to get used to this major alteration in your assimilation of nutrients, so begin this program without disturbing what you do now to consume the things you chew and swallow. As the food we deliver is able to be accepted, less will be taken in by the current method. Chew your food very well to keep the movement of little mouthfuls going through the body. Your natural digestion will not be able to consume bulk once our alterations are made.
Next, we can create new frames for your clothes with this diet management method. All who desire to drop many pounds can do so without feeling deprived. Our new control of your diet can deliver you nutrients in abundance without any calories. Only those physically added by you will be of any consequence.
As these changes in food choices are made, choose only organic and consider the consumption of grain fed animals to be a death creator. What Are You Waiting For?
All of the messages on this blog address ascension, including those that mention future conditions. Ascension is my first call, due to the clarity that is needed about this. So many dictations of channeled entities have created much confusion. I Am That I Am wants this confusion to be over. My role as Maha Chohan is: to define ascension to those who contracted for it, to let them know the next call is coming, and that getting ready needs to be done. Some who have contracted for ascension are not able to ascend at this moment due to their attitude and beliefs. Those who do nothing to get ready can lose the opportunity.
Many of these messages contain instructions, and many outline the requirements. Should there be questions in these areas, go to these messages and get this information. Before the next wave, all of those who signed up for ascension can qualify, no matter how the denial of one's own awareness has kept you in the drama of man's contractions. When the body is able to ascend, the energy to do so will be delivered. But being loving and caring does not make a body ready. First, the density of old contractions must be released. A contraction is a memory that contains an emotional charge. When these are released, the man or woman is able to be fully present to the moment and can be an anchor of light in the midst of any conditions.
If contractions are able to be revived when new circumstances resemble conditions that caused them in the first place, no more light can come into the body to help it move to higher frequencies. Moving the body to higher frequencies is ascension.
My chelas must clear their contractions for ascension, and it is very naive to assume that holding onto anger, fear and distress is "ascension ready". It is not. Being caring does not destroy the contractions, only denies them. Open hearts do not automatically dissolve the memories of those life experiences that served to limit awareness. Ascension needs these memories to be clear of attached reactions.
Being caring and loving can very easily help you dissolve these contractions. All it takes is: to love the things that are the most difficult to love. Love the memories that caused you to contract, love those who gave you those memories, and act as though all is dear, no matter what came before, including conditions that caused memories of despair, created anger against another, and demanded your attention towards one of the things the soul chose to learn about prior to incarnation. Forgiving and detaching from these disturbing memories will lead the body to higher frequency capability.
Many techniques exist to lessen the time it would ordinarily take to delete all of these contractions. My mission is to lead you to those who can do them. Ask to meet one of these amazing healers, and call one to you. Associate with others interested in doing this kind of clearing and they may also assist you as you assist them. Query Your Mind's Concepts
Chelas of the Ascended Masters must Awaken now. No other answer can be given as an alternative to what is coming in the next days. Awakening has not yet given man (collectively) an attitude adjustment yet. Not enough are able to BE as they came to materialization to BE. Advance one more unaware concept like "mastery conjures up money" (denying the truth of your actual nature one more time), and you will miss the opportunity to advance your consciousness as easily as it can be achieved NOW. When human concepts override the inner director, that denial maintains an answer that must be queried. Can the mind question its own concepts? Of course.
More than any other daily calling, asking for answers from within needs attention. Clearing out unaware decisions must be done with natural means of determining the accuracy of an answer. No accuracy comes with an agenda. One answer that can always be discerned as having heart or mind qualities is manifestation abilities: Mind always desires more than it considers itself to have. Heart always has enough. Mind needs more and cannot accept that it does not need it. An answer the heart delivers is: "no matter what happens, my life is fine."
More important than an answer to the mind's questions, is for the question to lead the body to experience an answer. An experiential answer gives the questioner more than just one lesson. Of course, the answer may come none too soon when difficulties arise.
When answers to the mind's questions are accurate, the heart does more than celebrate: it dances. When you are not aware that your mind has all the desires, negatives attitudes and control of the choices you make, it comes as a big surprise to discover there are new attitudes that exist in your heart. At this discovery, new opportunities can be delivered to you because mental queries are now an option.
Beginning inquiries to the heart can serve as a nice control device for the mind, so clearing the mind of its control requires more than just inquiry. Not pleasing the mind can deter it from all questioning. The mind wants confirmation of the concepts it holds, but all of mind's concepts need correction. None of them are "completely accurate". Many distortions are included, even when the data being considered is aligned to what the "experts" are saying. No one who only uses their mind's concepts can actually be 100% accurate. New (previously unavailable) data can completely annihilate any of mind's concepts.
Chelas, an Awakening is the beginning of deleting mind's control of the human character. No desires, needs or "attitudes against" come from the heart. Are the mental qualities of the character also deleted? No, all qualities that are needed to act on one's inner guidance remain.
Chelas who are Awake do not consider any of my messages on this blog frightening. Nor do they concern themselves over the accuracy of my timing. When the accuracy does not seem like an affront to the mind the content is more conceivable. Being Awake means that there is no mind assessing the data and asking for details.
Can you dream of Angels and not be one? No – because what you dream is a mental projection. If Angels are in your mind, they are also delivering their consciousness through your heart. All of the Masters who deliver major clearing of deep mental attitudes are cancelling mind's control. Are these "lightening" deliveries being commanded by the mind? No, none of them.
Only those who are continuously deleting their dense mental attitudes can dance the dance of ascension.

Clearing Contractions
Panic about changes to your world can delete the consciousness needed to ascend. Panic about the ascension can also lower the light quotient that is needed for ascension activation. Candidates for ascension are not immune to these mental disturbances, unless they have fully awakened their I AM Presence. Chasing after a change in current circumstances distracts one's attention away from liberation of the heart. Here is another clearing method, as these less than conscious contractions can divide the candidates from one another when a disaster occurs.
First, quiet the body while sitting on a chair or cushion, and breathe slowly and deeply for one minute. Then change your way of breathing to a quick clearing movement using the breath like a broom. Breathe this way into your chest while focusing all of your attention on an area of the body where movement needs to happen. Do this for one minute. Repeat the process until the contraction has been released. This use of the mind, and combination of breathing methods, will clear out contractions by simply chasing them away.
Face the cause of your contraction with courage, and use this method to move the energy that has become lodged in your body, the moment you become aware that there is a contraction. Make breathing a most useful clearing tool. You can use it during any of your daily activites that allow you to be quiet and deliver a clearing method to what is draining the body's life force. Teach this to your children. Consider this to be an "in the moment" opportunity, and an answer to future emotional disturbances. Take the lead in this drama that continues to unfold, by not allowing any disturbance to get you off track. Mental disturbance can destroy all the happy, caring ways of being for those who are not Awake.
Pretty soon, the next disaster will continue the changes that are being delivered to the human condition. Use them to Awaken! What do I mean by this? All difficulties can offer this opportunity. As an extreme example, let's assume that the attack on the New York twin towers had not yet happened. All who were meant to continue their lives after this event got contracted by their common reaction to this extreme situation. No one knew how to naturally let go of these contractions as they witnessed the collapse of these buildings. They contracted as they watched, and their thoughts about what they saw continued to create more contractions. As the world watched, they all contracted, and since one of the main reasons for the 9-11 attacks was to destroy the consciousness of humans, the drama did exactly that. The contracted condition it caused claimed a huge number of ascension candidates. Out of their ascension consciousness they came, delivering fear to the world as their new, denser attitude.
Claiming back their ascension consciousness may be the only way a mass ascension can occur. This is the case for millions, so this, or another breathing exercise, needs to be done by all of them, to lead these fears out of their bodies.
No calamity needs to disturb the human consciousness, as the 9-11 attacks did. My use of this example will surprise many of the caring beings who did not realize they still have contractions from this event. Imagine how those who actually lived through this kind of thing have contracted. They were put in the center of a vortex of drama that caused them to contract. Can they get out of this condition? Yes, but only when they are aware that they are contracted and know what to do to get out of it.
All are one consciousness. Contracted, dense contributions to that consciousness effect all. To turn on the light again, more clearing must be done. Breathe! Clear your contractions by deep breathing alternating with short quick breaths. One minute for each. Continue doing this for at least 10 minutes, whenever a contracted condition comes to your awareness. Fear is the opposite of love. No loving being can be destroyed by fear if they do this technique for alleviating their contractions. Chase them away with the life force of health and happiness, your own breath.
Masters can do this in the moment. So when you observe anything disturbing, begin this use of the breath. Chase away fear, and be the Earth's conduit for divine energy while a calamity is happening. Be Clear
Control of man's mind is how the controllers contribute to your negative attitudes. There are many candidates for mind control: all those who are not able to get inner guidance. Man has been given many gifts, one of them is inner decision making capabilities. Canceling this ability cancels freedom.
Giving man drugs of all kinds, begins the collapse of most awareness abilities. Adding drugs to meals cancels digestive ability. Chemicals also cause physical deterioration, and giving drugs to the animals being consumed, delivers the cause of another major disease opportunity. Politics of disaster are the norm.
Once his mind is controlled, man has no clear direction on a daily basis. Answers about diet, meditation, and exercise do not naturally occur. "Dumbing down" humans, as a way to demonstrate control, has been accomplished. Many calls for breaking free of this has made none of the big concerns cancel these activities. Poisons abound on Gaia. Making them your "daily bread" has a price.
Consuming diets containing drugs cancels your ability to clear out debris, and this toxic condition can deteriorate the brain. Companies like Monsanto are controlling the bodies of most humans. Cancer is delivered by companies that alter food, so that the consumer's diet destroys their health. GMOs are reducing the supply of food that contains needed nutrients. Choices are now controlled, as non-GMO production is being reduced. Pure foods are needed to be healthy. This situation is the cause of man's mental drain, as well as his physical deterioration. Can this continue? Yes, to the death of man's contribution to any country or area of expertise.
Choosing food and acting consciously before dying can mean the difference between death and ascension. Ascension demands a clear awareness. Claims of a mass ascension for all are FALSE! Being able to ascend cannot be the creation of man's controllers. No controller can deliver man to ascension, man must deliver himself. All the dictations about one energy causing the awakening of another are also not accurate. No awakening or ascension overrides another's density. All are One. If Mother Earth was going to ascend, all of her inhabitants would also be ascending, but only because they were ready, and at cause of the mass ascension. Mother Earth needs freedom, freedom from mass destruction.
Consciousness has two components: mastery and ignorance. Ignorance of cosmic consciousness deletes mastery. Controllers do not have a consciousness that allows them to care. Caring can create all of the dreams on man's contract agenda, control of any kind deletes them. Mass consciousness now has more control causation than caring. Cancer of the mind has demanded the desecration of man. Can anything turn this around? Yes, by clearing the minds and opening the hearts of the millions who are asleep.
How to do this? Begin with yourself. Add no grain or other food to the body that has GMO construction. Add no chemicals to a garden of active nutrients. Choose food that contains no medication or multiple ingredients of the controllers' chemicals. Make all chemicals a distant memory. You must clear your mental capability before the mind can comprehend how dis-ease has managed all of the controllers agendas.
Can apathy continue an emergence of consciousness? No, only mental clarity can. Put yourself in God's hands, instead of the controllers. Begin by clearing the body/mind as a daily routine. Give hope to humanity by refusing to be controlled. Add clean, whole foods to your diet. Drink mostly water. Meat can be given to the body when it has been raised grass fed, without antibiotics in the animal's diet. Keep the diet natural. Sense the new awareness that comes to the mind when your diet contains no chemicals. Be alert, be aware, be conscious. Give the controllers a "NO" to their control of your mental abilities. Hope will get nothing done to change things. Action can! Change yourself, change the altering of mental attitudes by diet alteration. Eat clean, be clear, give more to mass consciousness than apathy.

Clearing Darkness
Many of my chelas are learning how to draw to them more light. What they need to learn now, is how to BE that light. Clear channels are light when they channel. Clearing the channel is how to be pure light.
Clearing must be done before a being can channel. What does clearing look like? Observing how mental thoughts cause reactions, and letting go of those active mesmerizations of mind. Men and women have a built-in cloud of darkness in their consciousness. Memories collect to become the cause of heartache, or a drain on one's ability to happily advance in consciousness. As the drain becomes large, no day is without memories from past events being thought through a new creative lens of mind's attitudes and beliefs. Fantasy forms out of continuous repetition of that which has no basis in fact. Clouds of negativity are next. Answers to choices that are needed become controlled by this cloud, and many dreams form to keep away light. Clouds of thoughts are an actual mental deterrent, when control of mental actions is being considered, or an activity that claims a new direction is being declined. Man has only to free himself from this thought cloud to be happy all the time. Call this cloud man's adversary. Clouds of mental activity keep out the light.
Accepting light begins by choosing this energy over the darkness that is caused by thoughts. Clouds can be drained of their control as new choices are made. Control over man's choices has no manager from our side, only man's own mental deceiver. Options are everywhere, and closing the door to controlling mental dialog is how men become Angels. Can my chelas understand that their only obstacle to ascension is their dark cloud of thoughts? Meditation can cause man to abstain from identifying with his dark thoughts. Observing thoughts at a distance can delete the acceptance of them as divine contact or controlling advice.
Emptying memories of a "not so desirable" content can also be a way to come out of that cloud. Answers to your demons are not in these clouds, they are in the deletion of clouds. Memories become non-controlling when you accept and declare that they have nothing to do with the current day's agenda. Not accepting them as daily thoughts deletes all claim they have on your life. Not thinking about the past will eliminate the past from your daily creative thoughts. Meditators have the ability to detach from their thoughts.
Other activities can also show these thoughts to be dialog without any built in control, when they draw no attention to them. Making an activity time where you are completely present to the activity does this. Singing, chanting, or being totally open to the moment as a practice, can also delete mind's cloud.
I AM THAT I AM is a mantra that deletes mental control. Claiming Oneness with all that is, also deletes clouds. Oneness means that all the dramas in your life were created by YOU! Can you accept that this has always been the case? Why do mean things to yourself? To learn compassion and caring for those who are not given the clear mind to see this as truth. All dramas in a man's cloud are his own design. No condition was done out of this design. Abuse of all kinds was drawn into the mix, because drama continues after an Awakening. And deepening of Awakening occurs as that drama no longer affects man's divine attitudes towards the deliverer of anything.
Man needs to experience dark, to learn about it, and choose another way to be. Choosing the light does not eliminate dark clouds. Clearing the cloud makes you confront all the hidden demons that drain light out of your conscious attitudes in the NOW. Hanging on to the cloud cannot make you more conscious. Clearing it does.
When channeling begins, the cloud is not totally eliminated. Channeling attracts memories to the mind of the channel for clearing. Giving attention to clearing your active thoughts when not channeling deletes them from channeled material. Channeling is not negative. Nothing contained in man's conversations about light can be demonic. Only the thinking of those learning about light and dark is negative. Pointing to a cause and effect condition contains nothing negative. Accusing the content that declares this to be negative, is negative. Cloud covers are the negativity deliverers. Can the cloud in man's mind be deleted? Absolutely, as long as he declares that to be his desire. All he needs to clear it will appear for clearing. Believe me, we can do this for you. We are not the creators of negativity, only confronters of it when there is a call for more light.

BEING = Awakened and Aware
My dear ones. My lesson today about manifestation will give you a better understanding of yesterday's message.
What happens to the awareness of my cautionary message? Nothing. Being aware of things does not manifest them. Manifestation begins with desire, and none of the conditions I mentioned are desirable. Manifestation requires more attention than merely reading or gathering information from various sources. Manifestation is a co-creation with our realm, and none of us would give our assistance to that kind of creation. Please, give yesterday's message a most controlled deletion from your daily attention, but allow the awareness gained from it to assist you in acting on the guidance it contains.
Many of those who consider themselves Awake are actually not Awake, because they have not addressed the causes of fear in their mind. Awake means: AWARE OF ALL AND AFFECTED BY NOTHING. Being Awake continues in ongoing drama without any disturbance. An Awakened one has the ability to be at peace in all conditions. An Awakened one does not avoid anything because of fear, because nothing causes fear. Nothing is created by an Awakened one, unless mandates are consciously made with intention. Positive attitudes are not enough to activate cause and effect. Negative attitudes are mind's way of avoiding awareness.
Being aware of things gives the mind an opportunity to address the fears that many are denying. Being aware of the details of these less desirable manifestations provides you with an opportunity to make a more conscious choice NOW. Avoiding awareness of future events is the main cause of the apathy mentioned in my other messages. Not knowing, by drawing a curtain over the facts available, creates a most difficult situation for those unwilling to be informed.
Twenty million of the men and women on Gaia are ascension candidates. Mental denial about the cause of disasters, and an attitude of absolute control over mental content, deletes one's abiity to ascend. To ascend, mind's concerns must be canceled completely. An Awakening does this.
To cancel concerns, or to move out of denial, begins with awareness. What are you afraid of? Are you afraid of the days to come? Are you afraid of my messages? Are you afraid of the cause and effect of your own thinking? Then be courageous, and address all of your fears NOW! Only dealing with them deletes them.
Anxiety about future events is not going to manifest these events. Anxiety about future events is a message from an inner voice that needs addressing. Clearing that anxiety must be done if you want to ascend.
Making a decision about ascension needs addressing now. Those who are denying their fears will not ascend. Not addressing anything that causes discomfort must be reversed. Address EVERYTHING that causes discomfort.
No light can shine from a body containing mental attitudes that deny fear. Nothing lightens the world more than gratitude. Gratitude for the advanced information about future events would cause the action that is needed to get yourself and your other contacts ready for these events. Make a detailed list of what can be done NOW, to get yourselves more capable of coping with conditions that can make your life miserable. Or, you can deny my call to action and do nothing. Who will get through these times the most easily? Of course, those who act NOW on this awareness.
Collect things to make your lives more adaptable to the coming conditions. Accept that money may not be of any help then, and get what you can NOW. Have a master list of contributions you can make to charities that can deliver overstock that needs distribution. Form communities that can give assistance to others. Take care of the older community, because they will need the aid of those who are aware, calm, unafraid, and able to lead.
Many of you are meant to lead. Be a courageous leader NOW! Lead the march to an Awakening for all who are candidates for ascension. Continue to be an unafraid leader of the next era of man's existence. Bring together the details of my previous messages, contained in the Master Messages books that I dictated to this channel, and become more aware of the details of what to do NOW to get ready for ascension.
