A catastrophe in any location comes as a message to all, not just to those in the area of the destruction. Taking notice of only those in neighborhoods near one's home is a way of negating one's caring nature. All disasters, including those that occur naturally, are answers to a lack of caring. Can you make the connection?
Care about the nature of all manifestations, not only those in your community. When many are focused on one catastrophy over all others, this does nothing to change the collective mind. Making the bombing of a marathon more concerning than the killing being done by drones in other countries is divisive thinking. None are less concerning for the collective. Clear the energy of one area with love, then clear another. This is a collective condition, and when you only pay attention to one and ignore the rest, there is a deep loss of caring. When you meditate your are in-service to all.
Every drama is a condition that needs caring. Make no distinctions, as none is more devastating than any other. Each one is like a drop in the ocean when it comes to the amount of death and destruction that is happening on Mother Earth. What concerns you does not necessarily concern another, which means there is no collective focus on any one change. An individual choice of what to love does not have the power to alleviate or cancel new dramas on the planet that are about to occur. Concentrating only on one specific disaster increases the gap between personal concern and universal concern for all.
Can you love all as one? Can you care about misery in other ways instead of selecting one drama over another? Can you care about the dance instead of the dancers? Change comes when you open your hearts. All of you are being damaged by the collective situation, not just one act of devastation. When you care only about one incident you drain the collective of the attitude of Oneness.
Can you care about those in your neighborhood without holding a negative attitude towards those who are being destructive? Can you care about those who are being attacked in other neighborhoods? Caring for both sides of any situation, instead of damning the deliverer of destruction, is my call for today. Care, not condemn. Why do so many destructive incidents occur? To make the need for more caring in your dimension obvious.
Drugs, guns and other war tools are only the control mechanism being used to cause you to go within for answers. Go within. Get your answers in a different way, a way that can alter the minds of those who control. Beasts are many, angels are many. Allow the angel in you to overcome the beast in you. Then the collective can delete the beasts who deliver these catastrophes. Inner madness must be eliminated for local and global madness to desist. This level of caring can occur in an instant. Go within and love all that is, instead of directing more cause and effect mandates into the collective. You can change the future, because what happens in the future is just a reflection of the drama that exists in humanity's collective consciousness.
Free yourself, free your neighbors, and free the whole of mankind.

Channeling The Angels And Masters
Channeling my words can be the next move for those who can accept my guidance. My discourses on this blog are being given for those who are not able to channel this information as this channel does. But, they are also being given to encourage those who contracted to ascend to learn how to do this by themselves. Can you call me in and give me the attention that is needed? Can you decide how to discern the real "me" from others? Can you meditate, as a most important answer to our ability to connect? When you can do these things for yourself, my channeling for one and all can be even more convincing to the masses. Since the door to the change you are wanting comes with more awareness in mass consciousness, the "work" to be done is to help deliver that awareness.
Can you be a conduit? Only those who are able to be an observer, instead of a controller, can do this at the highest level of clarity. Mind will demand a reason for it to accept channeling. You can give it this one: "to bring more light to all of humanity, my next choice is to deliver the cosmic consciousness that is not available in your experience". Mind does not delight in an absence of its control, but it can accept that there are things it does not have any experience of. This can give it an opportunity to learn. Mind will go along, because learning about another condition of life is in its best interest.
Why doesn't everyone channel? Because they are not able to get to the detachment that is needed to discover they are not necessarily guided by mind all of the time. Yes, most of you are too mental to detach your mental activity from the guidance of your divine True Nature. Heart led advice has the most accuracy, but getting clear about heart guidance vs. mental guidance takes more of mind's agreement than a quick guess about an option to choose. For this ability, one needs to get quiet, be aware, and clear away the dialog that your mind likes to deliver.
No channel (of an average level of clarity) can deliver the Ascended Master teachings as an automatic result of their own decision to do so. Ascended Masters choose the channel! Can anyone channel? What do they channel? Can an observer of channeling discern the clarity? Can an answer of God come to anyone who channels?
All of these questions must be correctly answered, to become a clear channel. What are the answers? You must discover them on your own. Can an observer do this? Make it your choice, and all is possible.

Conduits were driven out of their homes and burned at the stake for mastering this common human condition. Memories of their disturbed attitude can cause fear of the ability. Can you do it anyway? Are you able to consciously choose to overcome the mind's objections because of your fear of being condemned? Are you being dominated by fear?Man will have no more major opportunities to become more aware than his mind.
No more details about the changes to come will be given here, because it is the mind that does all the asking about this. It doesn't matter which country dismantles its land mass before the others. It only matters for you to get out of fear and into more awareness. Choosing to ask me about details of land conditions defeats my gift of awareness that can lead you to ascension. Land masses will be destroyed. Are they going to lead you to ascension? No, they will lead you to fear and fear defeats an ascension. Mind needs to be learning how to be quiet, not about future disasters. Be quiet and get the guidance I AM can give to the mind. It will better serve the human changes that are needed to ascend.

Conscious Death And Ascension
When my teachings are accepted, they can provide the needed conditions for ascension. Many do not understand what my guidance calls for, as this new lesson I am giving through this channel is for activating heart awareness by canceling existing mental attitudes. Preparing for ascension does not contain any "doing" that can give the body more "cause and effect" drama. It deletes the cause of all new drama.
Channels don't usually discuss this new "dance of leela" game. It now needs attention, before the second wave gate to ascension is opened. Please post my messages wherever an answer of mine fits the occasion. Changing mental attitudes is not an easy goal. Changing an attitude needs more convincing than one or two of these channeled deliveries. This is why my words move in this direction on any occasion I can create. My words do not condemn anyone - although I will continue to expose what is deceptive that has been planted in your awareness. No divine consciousness delivers deception, only man's devious mind can do this. An ET can also have a devious mind. Fierce defense of the deceivers does not do much for ascension. Contact with my words can.
Many of my chelas will be asked for more by the controllers. They will be asked to contribute their attention to those humans who will die instead of ascending. None of these chelas have been given any instructions on how to die. Control of the "dance of leela" does not control death, only life. Once an answer to leaving the body entails death, the next question to ask is,: "how can this death become an ascension"? It definitely can. Here's how:
Absolute acceptance of death, as the next contribution to awareness, can complete the cycle of dis-ease as it confronts man's greatest fear with divine consciousness. Accepting an imminent death can deliver the body to its last lifetime, by demonstrating how to die consciously.
Facing fear becomes the most delicate balance of the human condition. Avoiding all that mind fears, contracts the channels of divine light. Any contraction at the moment of death will continue the cycle of karma. Relaxing into the body, and facing what has caused the fear response, demonstrates a divine human attitude towards completion of a man's contract. Dying consciously includes no disturbance, desire or attachment. I AM Presence is the only awareness in that moment.
I AM Presence is the Awakened condition. Beaming only light as I AM THAT I AM completes an Awakening. No longer are there concerns, or the creation of new lessons, because no new lessons are needed. All lessons are to get man to Being the I Am Presence.
Pretending that the heart is open means nothing to I AM consciousness. It only notices the deception that mind has lead to the body in negative messages about health, Oneness, and co-creating with divine energies. Masters aren't concerned about any of these things. They only exist as a human expression of I AM.
None of these things matter in the big picture. All of humanity has created a big, dynamic learning experience. Why? Only to learn that this experience is NOT the Truth. Are they doing this to die, again and again? No, they are doing this to ascend. Nothing that the mind conceives has any meaning at all in I AM consciousness.
Masters, all of you are already an expression of I AM THAT I AM when you meditate. Can this condition become a constant, lasting way of Being? It can. Change only the attitude of "me" and "you" to "me" and "me". Give the "me" no tough decisions to make. Give these to God. That is all that is needed. Please learn this very simple thing: You are the one that you perceive as "other". Can you accept this Universal truth? Can the mind control of the past be over? If not, why not?

Meditate Like a Master
Chelas, can my call awaken the child within, that needs more hope? Many of the comments I have made are causing disturbance, because there has been no alternative, cause and effect scenario presented, that appears to replace the attitude for: "Next, all of my dreams will come true." What actually comes next is not what most New Agers are willing to consider as their destiny. Now, my beloveds, my call is for you to ascend as a Master, that moves out of darkness into another consciousness, as an anchor of light on this dimensions' activities. Anchoring, as a career, can give you that deep contact with your human ability to lead the New Age of awareness that comes into being with an ascension. Anchoring light begins with opening of the heart, and the caring that comes forth with that opening. One of the best leadership activities you can do, is to learn about our arena of activities, to free you from distrust, so that confidence can develop. My call to man will continue as guidance for the New Earth's actual development. Control of man's dreaming has distorted the facts. Now, more facts are to be delivered. Calm minds must be available to assimilate these details.
Calm and clear minds begin with meditation. Most New Agers do not understand meditation. Not only is it a moment to get answers to daily questions, or make mental decisions, or access an answer to your desires, it is much more than that. To go beyond the first level of meditation benefits, no mental energy contained in meditation can be accepted. All thoughts must be deleted. Meditation can calm the mind, and a calm mind is the actual goal, not doing creative visualization or getting messages. When the mind quiets, consciousness increases.
Doing business during meditation is not calming. What does the mind do after meditation? Appears again, the moment meditation ends. False, negative thoughts immediately give that meditation little value. The most effective way to meditate is to completely detach the consciousness of the Higher Self from the mental body. Continued use of the mind in meditation completely defeats this.
Positive attitudes can go away in an instant for those that are mental, always allowing mind to defeat their conscious, divine awareness. But those who delete the mind with meditation, have more awareness throughout their days, because mind gets a little holiday in meditation. Absence of mental activity in meditation allows your Higher Self to be aware, more of the time. Clearing the mind during one or two conscious moments, becomes much easier when meditation is done often.
Coming into 5th dimension consciousness has more to do with meditation than material being fed to the mind. Breathing into the belly, and not releasing it instantly, helps to activate more continuous development of the heart and mind connection. Flow of consciousness can be co-created with new breath configurations. Today's teaching is just the beginning of leading you into 5th dimension consciousness.
Meditate, quiet the mind. Begin this act of leadership with no delay. Lead yourself out of the delusion the mind has created, into the divine awareness the Higher Self is now mandating for you. Be still and know, that who you are is divine.

Nothing Is The TRUTH
Clear the mind about my asking for assistance with the creation of books. When there's sufficient interest to do this, my contribution can be felt on a more complete contact with the world. Now, my limitations are the worlds limitation. All contributions are greatly appreciated. Please, no more comments about how an awakened one attracts money. As nice as this would be, it is a totally inaccurate concept. All awakened ones, not those who only believe themselves to be awake, are not out in the world leading big workshops or authoring books that bring them speaking engagements. Only a few do this. Most give themselves the basic needs only, as they have no desire to continue their lives as money seekers. All cash comes to them by continuing their work in any chosen area, or doing the kind of things Aruna does: teach, coach and assist. None of these activities draws a lot of candidates without books being marketed, or teaching gatherings to attract money. No gatherings are being asked for on this blog, and no charges are made for these teachings. And the same applies to Aruna's coaching website, where she gives many teachings at no charge. No, my friends, criticize me, my teaching, or my ability to convince you that my direct guidance to you is more important than reading my channeled messages, but lets not continue discussions about the awakened condition, until an awakening occurs for you, and we can discuss this with equal experience.
My next topic is the Obama dilemma. As this man is more aware then many believe, what my dear ones ask of me cannot be answered directly, without informing his adversaries of his next commands. No doors are closed at this time, for new controls are always being laid out for him. The fact is, once again, there's a President that is not interested in being controlled, and a big coward can become more of a change agent than his mind believes. Change is about to occur in a new way. Control of this man continues, but the "last straw" is about to come. Confidence in the divine plan is needed. Meditate. Give him your courage. Give him his destiny card. Nowhere else can he get the courage to demand the change he called for. Choose to help and meditate. Can he be the leader needed now? Yes, not today, but a month or more of clearing the mass consciousness of negativity about him, can make the change happen.
Another topic: What is Truth? Nothing discussed in any channeled message, mine or others, or any concept told to you by a teacher, or any teaching in any book, can convey to you the absolute Truth. Only a direct experience of the divine awareness, that has created everything the mind accepts as concepts, can convince you that my choice of words is accurate, not Truth.
No words can tell you the Truth. No words can describe it. More than anything, my desire is to do this, but it cannot be done. You must discover this yourself. Then we can converse "about Truth". Isabela is not really asking for this conversation though. She is seeking understanding about the dream she can observe with her awareness, not the Truth as my awareness considers Truth to be. So, my dear ones, I will attempt to make a clear statement about the dream, and the controllers, and all the rest of duality: None of this is the consciousness of awakened awareness. All duality is the dream. In the dream, there is one source that creates many aspects of itself. In Truth, no concepts about a controller, aspects, or source, or even an aware consciousness called Saint Germain can be found. "No mind" means that no concepts are made and no one conceives of them. "Oneness" is the complete absence of man's observation, and labeling from of his mind's content, the things he observes. There is no, "that's pretty" or "not this", or "my money" or "can I or can't I". None of this mental dialog continues following an awakening. Only being fully present, without thoughts is Truth. Being a vessel for divine grace is the Truth. All other activities (and thoughts) no longer lead the body's life. This is what an awakening does, it takes the duality of "mind or an awakened heart" out of the game of human experience. This is "transcendence" or, also called "consciousness".
Please don't get concerned about these sentences, as they are the only way I can answer the question: "What is Truth?" Not all will understand them, and Oneness is this, not a concept of any other description. So why would I contribute this to you now? To contemplate, for all of you can have this direct experience, and know this Truth now! Not tomorrow, not 2012, not ascending, NOW! Contemplate these words, and allow the mind to become confused. Ask for clarity. Ask for more understanding. Give the question to your own heart and be with the question. Convincing yourself that the answer is clear, is not the same as directly experiencing that answer. Give yourself the opportunity for this, and give up all concepts about duality. Consider nothing to be Truth, but the condition that exists without the mind.
When this discussion continues, let it begin with: "When can I have this experience? There's no cost involved in asking yourself this question. Non-aligned teachings cancel one's ability to go to the Awakened condition. Those telling you to consider yourself already enlightened, are missing the most important message of all: The "me" that considers the body to be any more than an illusion is not being a deliverer of Truth". My next topic is the Obama dilemma. As this man is more aware then many believe, what my dear ones ask of me cannot be answered directly, without informing his adversaries of his next commands. No doors are closed at this time, for new controls are always being laid out for him. The fact is, once again, there's a President that is not interested in being controlled, and a big coward can become more of a change agent than his mind believes. Change is about to occur in a new way. Control of this man continues, but the "last straw" is about to come. Confidence in the divine plan is needed. Meditate. Give him your courage. Give him his destiny card. Nowhere else can he get the courage to demand the change he called for. Choose to help and meditate. Can he be the leader needed now? Yes, not today, but a month or more of clearing the mass consciousness of negativity about him, can make the change happen.
Another topic: What is Truth? Nothing discussed in any channeled message, mine or others, or any concept told to you by a teacher, or any teaching in any book, can convey to you the absolute Truth. Only a direct experience of the divine awareness, that has created everything the mind accepts as concepts, can convince you that my choice of words is accurate, not Truth.
No words can tell you the Truth. No words can describe it. More than anything, my desire is to do this, but it cannot be done. You must discover this yourself. Then we can converse "about Truth". Isabela is not really asking for this conversation though. She is seeking understanding about the dream she can observe with her awareness, not the Truth as my awareness considers Truth to be. So, my dear ones, I will attempt to make a clear statement about the dream, and the controllers, and all the rest of duality: None of this is the consciousness of awakened awareness. All duality is the dream. In the dream, there is one source that creates many aspects of itself. In Truth, no concepts about a controller, aspects, or source, or even an aware consciousness called Saint Germain can be found. "No mind" means that no concepts are made and no one conceives of them. "Oneness" is the complete absence of man's observation, and labeling from of his mind's content, the things he observes. There is no, "that's pretty" or "not this", or "my money" or "can I or can't I". None of this mental dialog continues following an awakening. Only being fully present, without thoughts is Truth. Being a vessel for divine grace is the Truth. All other activities (and thoughts) no longer lead the body's life. This is what an awakening does, it takes the duality of "mind or an awakened heart" out of the game of human experience. This is "transcendence" or, also called "consciousness".
Please don't get concerned about these sentences, as they are the only way I can answer the question: "What is Truth?" Not all will understand them, and Oneness is this, not a concept of any other description. So why would I contribute this to you now? To contemplate, for all of you can have this direct experience, and know this Truth now! Not tomorrow, not 2012, not ascending, NOW! Contemplate these words, and allow the mind to become confused. Ask for clarity. Ask for more understanding. Give the question to your own heart and be with the question. Opening The Heart
Heart opening is a most important act for humans, because contact with heart energy is the human's door to happiness. Many of you are not happy, and need to learn how to open the heart. My message today is for this.
Meditate on the heart chakra. Put attention to the left side of the chest area as you go into meditation. Close all other areas of attention. Breathe normally. When the mind is calm, breathe a little faster, and clear the chakra with the massaging energy of the breath. I AM THAT I AM can also be chanted, if the meditation has not absorbed all of the mental activity. Chanting I AM THAT I AM does more than draw our attention, it calls out for a conscious connection to your own trapped master of consciousness, the divine ONE. Masters of awareness come when called.
When an unhappy man or woman engages in a more draining activity than being quiet, they give away the energy they need to get well. Going out to a mall, or other chaotic area, delivers to them many depleting conditions that does nothing other than allow them to avoid paying attention to the cause of their misery. Putting aside one's contracted mental comments can make a dark mental attitude become a draw to dark, clandestine actions on another day. Making a game of acting out all the contents of the mind can delete negative feelings as they arise.
Making a game of acting out the comments does not call in another human or any of the contacts being commented upon. One can do all the parts on their own. Talk to a chair, and tell the chair all of the things the mind is thinking. As soon as the contraction has released, do this again with another conversation, on another contracted attitude that is coming into awareness. Keep talking to the chair until all of your mental thoughts are called into the demonstration. By acting as the conversation deliverer, the mind does not demonize the contraction out of the context of its conversation by making comments at a later time. Turning thoughts into conversation deletes the mind's ability to hold onto negative attitudes.
Contractions from mental attitudes close down the door to happiness Talking to a chair opens that door, and conditions of the activity are controlled, so they are not confusing the mind with any details that need to be addressed at another time. Chair conversations are a most active way to move energy out of a contracted condition into an open-hearted condition. Give yourself a chance to release the upset, and you won't get another mind attack about the matter. All is now over.
Another way to contact the heart is to make a clear affirmation once or twice a day: "My heart is open and accepting of all my darkness." This affirmation can completely delete all the darkness coming out of the mental body. Nothing can make dark move quicker than acceptance. "I love you" cancels all negative attitudes. Can you condemn again one that acts with acceptance? Can you dramatize a matter that has been accepted? Continue to accept, and no drains will occur. All that comes to you is for your consideration, to choose the heart direction over the mind's negativity. Choosing to converse about a condition deletes the mind's control of contraction. Dialog diffuses emotion.
Next is a message to the mind that you can offer whenever the heart is aching. Give this more than one attempt before giving up on it as an answer: Take a few moments during the day to dance. Move the body around and kick your feet to music. Give the dance more energy, and keep moving until you are not able to continue. Moving the body along with music opens meridians that lead to the heart. Acting like you are out of a depressed condition can also eliminate that condition. False messages to others about happiness don't do anything to make you happy. Dancing gets the mind's attention and doesn't let it compel you to be different. I am so glad that today's message can give you more happiness. Please give me that demonstration.

Make Ascension Your Choice
Closure on my channeled blog will come with any disturbance that takes the internet down. Be aware of this, and become capable of channeling messages yourself. Channeling is not some weird thing that only a few, who have more ability than others, can do. It is natural, and not difficult for those who are open to their own higher consciousness. People of any culture, and any belief system, who meditate can do this. Clearing emotional conditions is also necessary. There's no difference between a good mandate to channel, and a call for clarity about a move, or a concept that needs an explanation All the answers are within, and accessing them will help all areas of your life.
My dictations are for many very practical purposes. Calling in an Ascended Master does not lead to neglecting worldly matters. It is about worldly matters.
Many of the deceivers channel about contact with non-human beings, because this appeals to man's desire to confuse his continuity as a man, with unconscious conditions he dreams about as he sleeps. No man's dreams are conscious actions that can be demonstrated in a call to action. No dream is allowed to be made manifest, because no clear intent is mandating their cause. What is dreamed has been fantasized by mental activity to deliver answers to man's daily life only. Acting as though dreams are the next life experience is foolish nonsense. Most dreams comment on man's current interests. Some are prophetic, but none are an exact depiction of next day events.
Channeling brings the most accurate information about future events, even though many are channeling deceivers who are making up stories to fascinate the ego. Control of ego's attention eliminates distrust, and no deceiver wants an ego to distrust the message. Beware! What these deceivers do is grab your attention with big dramatic stories, and then cause another dramatic story to be accepted by the mind to the degree that discernment is no longer possible. Facts and fantasy are put together to distance mind from reality. None of the deceivers want you to realize that their messages are not accurate. All of them collaborate to give the same content through many so they can appear accurate. False messages are all over the internet, causing distrust of authentic channeling that needs your attention. Chapter one of channeling an authentic Master begins with the ability to choose. Choose an energy of light by questioning all messengers that identify themselves with a name. There is no name that guarantees authenticity.
Why have I continually maintained that channeling means continuation of man? Because man needs more awareness! Contact with man has always been an activity we have done to continue his energy delivery to other dimensions. No dimension operates alone, all are interdependent with the others. All that occurs on Gaia affects every dimension of the Universe. To keep our dimensions active, we need to lead man towards more consciousness. Now that the contact can be discussed, there are more reasons than ever before to learn how to be clear in your ability to discern. Would you want to be advised by one who has no morality? No consideration of you? Astral energies do not care about the things they tell you, as they can only create more drama if what they say is not accurate, and they feed off of drama.
Pure attitudes of caring come only from sixth and seventh dimension energies, Christ consciousness. Prize this energy and eject less from your field. Chapter one in man's book of Genesis talks about creation beginning with the Word. Close that Word off, and no creation can become different than previous ones.
My teaching is to guide the way to an ascension from less than Oneness consciousness. Many chose to take part in this ascension, and only about 25% of them are ready. How can we raise that number? What do we need to do to create that ascension and make an impact on those who do not ascend?
Following a deceiver will eliminate this opportunity. Many of you have heard me say, over and over again, that channeling can give you the guidance needed to ascend. Those who are waiting to ascend to fifth dimension along with the earth have been lied to. No ascension of Mother Earth can occur without an ascension within the mass consciousness. This ascension is the cause of earth's ascension, not the other way around.
Ascension will deliver more consciousness to those who are not able to be on the second wave. A third wave is the next opportunity for them. All must choose again, because the deceivers have done their job very well. They have dissolved the motivation of many sincere seekers to abandon their quest. We have lost many dear ones from the ascension call in this way. Forget that more work needs to be done, and you are caught in the cycle of suffering, until that work is completed. You must do it! No one is going to relieve you of this.
What you need to do to ascend is: clear the emotional body and open the heart. What cancels ascension is negative thinking about anything. All comes from divine creation. All is good. Dark and light are both included in Oneness. No one needs to change. Man cannot demand what he is not willing to give. Act as an Angel and you can ascend to Angelic conditions.
No wonder we are gaining only a few with these messages, the deceivers have told you to do nothing, and the ego delights in this continuation of its "dance of leela". When you are wanting to ascend, make no mistake, there is more to be done than continue to do what has kept you in density. Be careful, or you will completely miss the ascension opportunity. Wake up and ascend! Continue to dream along with the deceivers, and you will only flee the density with another lifetime of experiences.

North Korea Needs Attention
My dear ones. Kim Jong Il has become the greatest threat to mankind since Hitler. Now he is conversing with the Chinese about his future. His greatest fear is that the United States can make a challenge to his methods of control. Drawing this conclusion from the acts in Afghanistan and Iraq, he wants to decimate the US military capability. Mr. Il can do this. His arsenal can destroy the entire country of any American military contingent, as well as their hosts. His anger commands attention, not guns. Please meditate on his image, and do healing on his heart, by imagining the light going from one heart to another. His dark energy can be altered by this minor contribution from a large number of you.
Mr. Il wants to bomb Okinawa. China's chairman, Mr. Hu Jintao, cannot concur with this man's desires, because his country needs the US to maintain China's economic development. Consequently, making a decision on the desecration of humanity depends on the clarity of the Chinese President and his ability to counter Mr. Il's neglectful thinking. Polarities exist between these two men. One is not mentally competent, the other is a man of great genius. Can they forge a new attitude? Their coming together is now a most conditional duress for Mr. Il. He wants approval, not demands for containing his anger. We must now wait to learn of their conclusion of this dialog. More than ever, we need many people giving POSITIVE mental thinking to Mr. Il. Fear of his madness need not keep you from doing this. His heart needs to be opened. His heart is the Oneness that cares about others. Opening his heart can dismiss his attack concerns, and keep more of our dear ones from man's greatest destruction. Capable healers can douse the anger in his heart, and any contribution to the cause can help.
Saving Mother Earth from nuclear radiation is a great service for man to do. Giving this only ten minutes a day, can cause a different destiny for many.
While this is underway, my messages will not dwell on this any longer. However, this lack of my conversation does not mean to stop giving the healing to Mr. Il. We need this to be ongoing.
When we have a clear mandate to move on to another condition in this matter, my contact can direct your attention away from North Korea. I welcome all who are going to join me in this endeavor. Frankly speaking, my goal for this drama, is to give you an actual demonstration of what we do whenever we are called upon to act on your behalf. Acting towards the goal we prefer can do more than a big demonstration "against" something you don't want. Major change begins in the hearts of the change agents. Being the change to peace and love means doing loving things in peaceful ways. Prayer, chanting, and meditation will answer more of your calls for change than any demand made by your controlling mind.

Meditate to Experience Divine Consciousness
Meditation is the most conscious moment of your day. Being still, not engaging with what surrounds you, and not entertaining the thoughts that mind creates, can draw out the True Nature of man. Normal, daily activities, do not do this.
Want to experience divine consciousness? Meditate. Are you willing to commit a small amount of time to meet God? It can happen once or twice a day, and not interfere with the day's activities. Only ten minutes can make a major difference. Can you give God this much of your time? Close your eyes. Meditate to disconnect from all the eyes observe. Contemplate the sound of silence. Content that appears in meditation has no meaning . There is nothing more important then just being quiet.
After many days of meditating, the message to the mind of "no interest", can decidedly delete mental activity. Nothing demands quiet like meditation. Tell the mind to be quiet, and maybe it will for one or two moments. Meditate, and calm its concerns about non-essential memories, and you will get the quiet your mind can allow. Not attaching a goal for meditation is best. Never conclude with disappointment. Get the "no thinking" idea across to the mind by making no attempt to engage with the thoughts that arise during meditation. Contact God mentally in other moments, not in meditation.
Choose a time, and make this your daily time for God. You can alter this time occasionally, but don't let one or two missed occasions deter you from meditating regularly. Pass your meditation time in silence. Meditation does not include listening to music or stories. These are to get you into the meditative condition, they are not meditation. Practice, without any chosen outcomes, can develop a more relaxed day, and give you the clarity of mind needed to move into meditation during times of stress.
Select a most inviting area to meditate in without distraction. Create an energy vortex there with regular meditation. Chanting can assist in creating this vortex. Anything that builds the vibration in this area can be used.
Calm, clear, awake, and aware, are all words that apply to meditation. Meditation does NOT include: listening, asking, praying, gathering ideas, contemplation, visualizing, conceiving, or doing of any kind. Mantras are to get you into meditation. Mudras are to invite certain energies into the meditation. Healing can be a result of long meditations, but healing is not the purpose of meditation. Meditation can give you the level of detachment necessary for channeling, but it is not the time to channel. Having NO AGENDA is important.
