A catastrophe in any location comes as a message to all, not just to those in the area of the destruction. Taking notice of only those in neighborhoods near one's home is a way of negating one's caring nature. All disasters, including those that occur naturally, are answers to a lack of caring. Can you make the connection?
Care about the nature of all manifestations, not only those in your community. When many are focused on one catastrophy over all others, this does nothing to change the collective mind. Making the bombing of a marathon more concerning than the killing being done by drones in other countries is divisive thinking. None are less concerning for the collective. Clear the energy of one area with love, then clear another. This is a collective condition, and when you only pay attention to one and ignore the rest, there is a deep loss of caring. When you meditate your are in-service to all.
Every drama is a condition that needs caring. Make no distinctions, as none is more devastating than any other. Each one is like a drop in the ocean when it comes to the amount of death and destruction that is happening on Mother Earth. What concerns you does not necessarily concern another, which means there is no collective focus on any one change. An individual choice of what to love does not have the power to alleviate or cancel new dramas on the planet that are about to occur. Concentrating only on one specific disaster increases the gap between personal concern and universal concern for all.
Can you love all as one? Can you care about misery in other ways instead of selecting one drama over another? Can you care about the dance instead of the dancers? Change comes when you open your hearts. All of you are being damaged by the collective situation, not just one act of devastation. When you care only about one incident you drain the collective of the attitude of Oneness.
Can you care about those in your neighborhood without holding a negative attitude towards those who are being destructive? Can you care about those who are being attacked in other neighborhoods? Caring for both sides of any situation, instead of damning the deliverer of destruction, is my call for today. Care, not condemn. Why do so many destructive incidents occur? To make the need for more caring in your dimension obvious.
Drugs, guns and other war tools are only the control mechanism being used to cause you to go within for answers. Go within. Get your answers in a different way, a way that can alter the minds of those who control. Beasts are many, angels are many. Allow the angel in you to overcome the beast in you. Then the collective can delete the beasts who deliver these catastrophes. Inner madness must be eliminated for local and global madness to desist. This level of caring can occur in an instant. Go within and love all that is, instead of directing more cause and effect mandates into the collective. You can change the future, because what happens in the future is just a reflection of the drama that exists in humanity's collective consciousness.
Free yourself, free your neighbors, and free the whole of mankind.

Making a Commitment to Health
Channeling health information can be an act of defiance. I avoid being too defiant to keep this blog available. Not that I'm going to create a major demonstration or anything like that, but the most suppressed material on the planet has to do with the health of man and governments totally committed to destroying it. The UK, US and Australia and all countries being controlled by them do all in their power to destroy man's ability to care for himself in a natural way. Chemicals, mechanical devices, dietary additives, cell phones, wireless technology, incorrect dietary advice, major campaigns to eat unhealthy food, and chem trails are only the tip of the iceberg.
Organic food is not considered OK because the choice of buying degraded nutrition was being overtaken by the availability of good diets. Because of that, the governments of these three countries are doing their best to destroy man's ability to grow his own healthy food. GMOs are altering human cells and destroying agriculture on all of the continents.
Good, natural food can no longer be assured in any one's garden. Are these controls because of the public's desires? No, only government's candidates and their moneyed constituents. God's grace is being over managed by the companies that only consider their profits. Wealth comes to them with the health demolition of the people they draw their profits from. Wealth comes to them for destroying human health. Why? To make their money in the medical arena they need doctors delivering drugs. To make money in the agriculture business they need drugs in the food supply. To make money in the area of natural materials is not good enough. No new diseases would need to be researched. No doctors would be needed to give diagnosis and drugs. No big machines would need to be created to learn what new drugs can be prescribed. Can you get the gist of this big business that has evolved by poisoning the people?
You come to me with a question about health. How can I diagnose the dis-ease accurately? Too many dis-ease influences have contributed to the condition for me to claim that one or maybe to or three are the cause. Many causes have come together to destroy man's ability to be in good health.
Begin with the diet. Seek the best, cleanest food you can afford. Ask the doctors what natural treatments can be done. Consider the doctor only an advisor, not a drug pusher. Only take their advice when natural treatments are mentioned before drugs. Only take chemical drugs after attempting to heal yourself. Most chemical drugs are not able to heal you, only defer the cause temporarily. Drug companies need more money so they create more beds filled in hospitals. They do this by lobbying against any regulation and control of their own companies and for lots of regulations and control of natural health delivering products like creams and dietary supplements. If you are not a clean diet eater the cancellation of these products will guarantee you sickness.
Not able to give up the great taste of chemicals? You will have no natural ability to heal yourself very quickly. All of those diet additives do nothing but delete your ability to be healthy. Major companies are controlling your body. No man on this Earth is free of these human delivered dosages of unnatural chemicals. Naturalists get it in the food they eat and the air they breathe also. No place is hidden from airborne chemicals. Great forests are being devastated by those who dump pills into their toilets. Anyone ho does this has contributed to man's death march. Water contains non-aligned chemicals. Man can purify it, but trees cannot. Acid rain does nothing for them that is good.
Changing the subject just a bit, here's how to develop a very good health regimen:
1. Be careful about what you eat. Clean and alive with energy can be your choices. Meat and other animals are not good to eat because of what they are forced to digest. Beans, legumes, etc. can be delivered to the body without chemicals. Its not that meat is not OK to eat, just do it with love and gratitude to those who died to supply your need.
2. Always delete chemicals from your choices. Choose organic for health. Chemicals you breathe and absorb in the skin are as destructive a what you include in the diet.
3. Meditate daily to align the cells of your body to a calm condition before eating. Calm aids digestion. Stress delays assimilation.
4. Cancel thoughts about the quality of the food you are about to consume. No matter what you are eating add a dose of love to it. This will help you digest.
5. Give yourself the most care that you can. Rest and diet are important. Not enough sleep deprives the body of its ability to be healthy. Sitting quietly during the day to align with the life force within you is also a good health consideration.
6. Water: always drink the best cleanest water you can get. Filters are necessary. Changing the water's qualities are needed. Drink what the body desires. Not drinking is life threatening. Nothing is a good replacement for clean water. About 5 or 6 glasses daily is all that is needed.
7. Never take drugs you don't need. Drugs, prescription or otherwise, are not good for your body.
8. Go outside when the sun is shining. You need the sun's rays. Not to sunbathe, only 10 minutes a day is adequate.
9. Walk. Give up your cars whenever you can and drive only when necessary. Walking is the best medicine. Working out in a gym can defeat the goals you make for good health. Adequate exercise does not cause muscle aches.
Now, we have given an overview here. I could write volumes more, but my channel needs a life of her own. Making time for me on a daily basis is more than anyone can be asked to do. We ask for whatever the channel can do and still be open to aliveness in their human interactions.
Bring the love of your own heart to the world. Giving is the other "best medicine." Give with the love of your master within. It won't keep you healthy in a physical sense, but it will keep you happy and happiness is healing.

More About Ascension Qualifications
All humans are not chelas of the Ascended Ones. Many are not ascension candidates. Those who are not our chelas will not be leaving man's domain as Ascended Masters. Not that they are any less divine or able, their ability to ascend is not adequate. What makes one able to ascend? A contract to do so is only the beginning. The ability to ascend also requires:
1. Caring about all that is.
2. No disturbance in any situation.
3. Peace in the body no matter what physical condition appears.
4. No drain on others.
5. Allowing heart to lead.
6. Making a difference.
7. Change in consciousness from control to adapt.
8. Raising consciousness with love.
9. Agreeing to ascend consciously.
10. Preparing by living all of the above.
Now that this list has been delivered, give these most important gifts to humanity a loving delivery. Are you able to ascend? Answer this now, and adapt to the areas needing more attention. Freedom of the continuous cycle of birth and death comes now, not in future lifetimes. No future lifetimes will be necessary when these most caring and conscious qualities are delivered.
Many of you doubt your ability to ascend. None of those who are able to ascend will doubt their qualifications. So if doubt is in your mind, "no doubt" is another qualification. Heart over head is the most active "doing" needed. Choose to ascend and the body/mind can activate the needed lessons to dream the ascension into action. Meditate daily and tell the creator that God awareness is your only desire. Breaking through the mind's control requires this.
Fraternizing with other collective conscious beings does nothing to assist in ascension. Partying with alcohol and drugs makes the man dense and co-habitable – meaning that another dense entity can attach to an aura of this condition. Please don't gather with non-advanced beings who drug themselves to accept life. Change this one thing and make a major difference in your ascensions ability. Drugs are not an avenue to more awareness. They control the mind during the experience and anchor another answer to man's ability to be divine in his caring and accepting. More drugs become needed to open the veil and no difference in attitude or behavior is sustained without drugs, only a different view of man's dream. Not reality to be sure, only a different dream.
No drug user is going to ascend. My clarity about this is now delivered. No drug users are able to qualify. So, if this is an addition to your awareness, give it up now. What about drugs used in alchemical ways like peyote and ayahuasca? Neither of these are addicting so neither are in this category of drugs that my message is directing its meaning to. My dear ones, I am including hashish, cocaine, heroin, mushrooms, ecstasy and methanphedamines. Marijuana is not a drug of this characterization. More drugs than named are also considered control drugs, so don't say "this one was not on the list" and deny my meaning here. Control drugs include anything that cannot be dispensed with instantly. I am not talking about medical assistance drugs, only those used as mind altering deliverers.
Choose to be in the body, totally present and completely content in all aspects of being human. False opinions about drugs abound. No chela will be able to ascend who controls his mind with drugs. Give this decision to the heart and these drugs will no longer be used.
New conditions are coming that will demand clear thinking and drugs will create mental escape, not clear minds. Battle this demon now if this is needed.

Awakening the Masters
My dear ones. You are my chelas, the ones I am to bring to ascension. I am an Ascended Master and you are an un-Ascended Master. Why the difference? Because you are not completely aware of who you actually are. Most of you are mentally assuming things that you have accepted to be accurate, but have not had an experience of this assumption to corroberate it. When you do, it will be the Awakening that we have been discussing. Who awakens? No one!
An Awakening does not mean an individual wakes up. It means the concept of being an individual disappears; all mental attitudes about individuality go away. They dissolve because they are not the Truth. It may appear to gazing eyes that an individual is being seen, and something is happening in that moment, but what is being observed is not the whole picture. Truth cannot be made known through the five senses. Only a complete, dream dissolving experience of this most critical concept awakens.
When I mention an Awakened one, I convey a concept about an individual, not a description of that individual. An Awakened one has no appropriate description - no labels apply.
Forests are not trees and trees are not forests. Awakenings make trees realize they have always been neither a tree or a forest. Making an assumption that the true identity of a person is the body or the man's personal history is the same kind of mis-identification. No tree is only the character it currently manifests, and no human is only the manifestation that it appears to be. All trees and all humans are much more than this detail of appearance.
Man has no concept that can accurately describe him. All of his concepts become labels. An Awakening changes a man's way of conceptualizing himself. It deletes all of these concepts.
Practices that are able to take these concepts away are few. Making up a different concept does nothing. When the dismantling of an ego occurs, this is the ultimate freedom.
Most of you do not define Awakening as I have described it here. In the growth and development arena it has a different meaning. Nothing that applies to growth and development is an actual death of concepts. When this is accepted, the ability to actually awaken has become available. Why do my chelas need to awaken as I am describing? To ascend to the final co-creative dimension of man's change in awareness.
Ascension is not a make-believe game where we no longer do anything against another. This idea comes from a dark deceiver who chooses to keep you caught in delusion. Ascension is the opt-in opportunity for all who ascend to leave human incarnations for good, as there is nothing more to do that needs a body. Instead, Masters with auras of only light will walk on the density of Mother Earth to create a new Earth. In their light bodies they will give birth to new creations, as they are now the light they once desired to be. It will be their destiny to deliver the new. In these next days, they will begin to delete more of their negative contributions to collective consciousness and become the Awakened answer to Mother Earth. When this occurs they will no longer consider themselves more aware, more knowledgable, more advanced, and more able. None of those who have these attitudes are as aware as they act and convey in their mental deliveries.
No drugs provide an Awakening, only a momentary glimpse of what must be embraced as the drug effect disappears. No "near death experience" completely awakens. Again, there needs to be more deepening to integrate the new awareness. And any awakening that happens with a major drama also must be integrated. Can these temporary insights become an awakening? Yes, but only when the dropping of mind continues.
Have the dramas in the world distracted you from your goal? Are the dismantling governments teaching you about the mass consciousness? Are hearts opening to those who are dying from man's dominance creed? Create the next days as an answer to this. Be well aware of the strife, and, at the same time, quiet your mind by creating more distance from the negativity of these things. Give more attention to the delight that freedom creates. Give this to yourself!

The Illuminati's Chosen One
Many are now beginning to question the dramas that have been intentional acts to generate fear. These catastrophes have not been done to bring attention to those doing them - they were to give them complete control of mankind. My message today tells the truth about an event everyone must understand.
One of the most devious commanders of the continents of the Americas was Richard B Cheney. This man was the one who orchestrated the collapse of man's claim to freedom. His devious activities include the complete devastation of human rights and the Constitution of the United States. No other man or woman can claim the donation this man has made to destruction. Beginning with 9-11, to Afghanistan, the failure to capture Osama Ben Ladin, to Saddam Hussein's demise, to Halliburton's costly manipulations, to controlling George W. Bush and navigating the crossing over of his own man in Congress. What can be his motive? Access to the most elite doors opening in the community of the Illuminati. This man is the chosen one.
He did control of anger management in the country he claims to annoy him, Columbia, SA. This is the country he was asked to manage by the first George Bush. Columbia has many drug lords. As they became friends with Cheney, he counted on them to deliver to his control the funds he needed to accomplish the 9-11 contract. He did this with the agreement of George W. Bush. This was the way to get enough control to destroy the confidence Americans had in the men and women who were to give them a new destiny. That destiny is about to continue as Mr. Cheney designed it. Not as he originally orchestrated, but as the group of controllers he belongs to wants it to be.
What did I do by exposing the man that did all the groundwork for the Illuminati? I did this to lead the way to end his ability to manipulate. Change this man's confidence and delete his options. Change directions by calling him in on a criminal conspiracy charge. When another decision is made against the controllers, they may give man another chance.
Many do not know that the banks are not at all safe for depositing money. Most banks are already bankrupt. No United States bank can claim a good balance sheet. No European bank can either. No bank can give out all of its deposits. Man does not need to empty them, but to get ready in case they close. If your bank closes tomorrow, will you be able to care for the needs of the community? Make the decision to get to a more cash based condition. Cancel the debt you are contributing to the national debt. Consider the debt you have to be more than can be delivered by that bank to the consumers that depend on it. Debt cancellation makes banks healthier.

One of the most devious commanders of the continents of the Americas was Richard B Cheney. This man was the one who orchestrated the collapse of man's claim to freedom. His devious activities include the complete devastation of human rights and the Constitution of the United States. No other man or woman can claim the donation this man has made to destruction. Beginning with 9-11, to Afghanistan, the failure to capture Osama Ben Ladin, to Saddam Hussein's demise, to Halliburton's costly manipulations, to controlling George W. Bush and navigating the crossing over of his own man in Congress. What can be his motive? Access to the most elite doors opening in the community of the Illuminati. This man is the chosen one.
He did control of anger management in the country he claims to annoy him, Columbia, SA. This is the country he was asked to manage by the first George Bush. Columbia has many drug lords. As they became friends with Cheney, he counted on them to deliver to his control the funds he needed to accomplish the 9-11 contract. He did this with the agreement of George W. Bush. This was the way to get enough control to destroy the confidence Americans had in the men and women who were to give them a new destiny. That destiny is about to continue as Mr. Cheney designed it. Not as he originally orchestrated, but as the group of controllers he belongs to wants it to be.
What did I do by exposing the man that did all the groundwork for the Illuminati? I did this to lead the way to end his ability to manipulate. Change this man's confidence and delete his options. Change directions by calling him in on a criminal conspiracy charge. When another decision is made against the controllers, they may give man another chance.
Many do not know that the banks are not at all safe for depositing money. Most banks are already bankrupt. No United States bank can claim a good balance sheet. No European bank can either. No bank can give out all of its deposits. Man does not need to empty them, but to get ready in case they close. If your bank closes tomorrow, will you be able to care for the needs of the community? Make the decision to get to a more cash based condition. Cancel the debt you are contributing to the national debt. Consider the debt you have to be more than can be delivered by that bank to the consumers that depend on it. Debt cancellation makes banks healthier.
